When did we forget our dreams?
When did we forget that settling for a paycheck is okay? When did we forget that we can all have some kind of purpose in this world? We can all make a difference.
This is a hard concept for many people to follow and understand. The Baby Boomers do study after study on engaging Gen X & Gen Y to in the end recommend that they do things the same way they did but a little different. Open up social networks at work, pay them a little more, basically do a few little things that will shut them up and make them get their work done.
What ever happened to the word revolution?
